The Winterhold questline isn't necessary to complete the main quest. My advice is to take a look at mods that affect the college of winterhold interior cells. If you're using MO2 this will be fairly easy (just a click or two), but if you're still using NMM this can be a massive pain due to things such as overwriting files.
If none of these work, you're going to need to start disabling mods to see what the culprit is. Also check and see if you're missing any compatibility patches for some of your mods. If that doesn't work you're probably gonna need to take a look at your modlist. You don't need to listen to her or even talk to her, the quest will play out the same way if you just enter the room to talk to Tolfdir. If you also have an earlier save on hand, try entering the Hall of the Elements without first following Mirabelle to your room. This should take you directly into the room you're trying to enter.
